I visited in September and December, and the rooms were comfortable on both trips. Some rooms have amazing views. I liked that the plugs and switches were placed sensibly. The whole hotel was clean, staff helped when I asked, and there’s a small souvenir shop in the lobby. The internet was slow, though, and the food options were just okay, mostly one chicken or meat dish. The ice cream always had crunchy ice crystals, definitely because of the power going out. They skimped on room supplies too. On my first visit, I found broken mugs and missing spoons. The free toiletries are terrible: a blunt razor that could cut you, and toothbrushes with bristles stuck together.

Anand bro deserves a special mention. He was warm, attentive, and made amazing cocktails that made our evenings extra special. His professionalism and genuine care stood out. We were a team of 30 staying for a week, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. Check-ins were smooth, housekeeping excellent, room service prompt, and meals well arranged. The food stayed fresh, well prepared, and impressive throughout. The service, comfort, and hospitality set a benchmark. Highly recommended.

The property is about 30 minutes from the airport and another 40 minutes from the beach, so it’s not close to tourist attractions. Port Blair itself is a noisy Tier 2 city, with little chance to find peace in town. Zone Connect is a good choice if you want to get away from the bustle. We booked a large room with a river view balcony and dinner included, and the staff were attentive and friendly. They even arranged poolside breakfast and dinner when we asked. The food was amazing, especially the dosas, some of the best I’ve had recently as a South Indian. It was a set menu rather than a buffet, but the way we were treated made it better than a buffet. This was the last night of our Andaman trip, and we were worn out after the ferry and drive. Dinner and the amenities helped us feel rejuvenated. The manager and wait staff made the stay really memorable. I remember the visit fondly and would recommend staying here for a night in Port Blair.
