Our meal at CPS Castle Restaurant turned frustrating. Several dishes arrived cold, the food quality was below average, and the service took painfully long. Staff seemed inattentive and unprofessional, while the cleanliness and atmosphere didn’t match the prices. I wouldn’t recommend it and don’t plan to return.

My sister’s engagement was on 16th Nov, and nearly everything was bad: the decoration, room, venue hall, and food. Service and staff were among the worst I’ve experienced, with mismanagement and no etiquette. The employees seemed to know nothing about managing things. Don’t waste your money here.

The staff were amicable and the location is good, but the pest problem made this a very bad stay. A mouse was wandering around the bedroom and toilet, and even got on the bed. There were also insects and lots of mosquitoes, perhaps because the room was on the ground floor. The price was very high for the services provided. I can’t recommend it until the pest problems are dealt with. All the issues made for a bad experience.

It’s a clean, tidy place with a nice atmosphere, and it’s close to the railway station. The dormitory has 20 beds and four shared toilets, one with hot water. They also serve very tasty Indian food. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

I booked the club for my daughter’s marriage in Feb 23, and had a very bad experience. The decoration was poor, the chair covers were very dirty, and the lighting was insufficient. Even after reminders, they didn’t arrange a small chair in the mandap for the puja.
