They raised the price after we arrived, which felt unfair. The online price they show is fake and seems intended to fool customers. Terrible service. Avoid booking this hotel.
2/10
They charged us more when we got to the hotel, despite the lower price shown online. The staff were extremely rude and started yelling, and the owner behaved very badly too. The staff were the worst. I strongly recommend not booking a room here.
2/10
There was no cleaning, and the staff were rude. The room felt like an ice freezer, maintenance was among the worst I've seen, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. There was no internal door for the room and maintenance place. I got sick after staying there for one day. Never book.
10/10
The room is small, but the bedding and washroom were clean. The staff were humble, helpful, and cooperative. The window and almirah could use some cleaning.
10/10
The service is awesome, and everyone is very polite. For the room, it's very affordable.
