The team made a genuinely good impression. Suraj in housekeeping, Gaurav in service, and Yash and Abhishek at reception were all polite and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, though the health faucet and shower could use a little maintenance. There were some frustrating gaps: I had paid ahead for a Deluxe Room but was first put in a Standard Room, and only got it corrected after I complained. Towels, soap, and shampoo were missing too. Food prices are much higher than nearby places, and since the full-time kitchen wasn't operating, it was hard to know whether service would be timely. Great staff, but the amenities, pricing, and upkeep need attention.

Room no.002 was the story of my one-night stay, from 24 Nov to 25 Nov. The bed was crawling with bugs, and I came away with red boils all over my body. Now I'm exhausted from scratching and taking pills.

The dining really deserves five stars. Everything was nicely presented, the flavors felt authentic, and the ingredients were fresh. I'd happily recommend eating at this hotel.

There was no breakfast, and even basic water wasn't provided. A bottle cost 30 rs. They also advertised parking, but told us to leave the car outside the premises. The rooms were dirty, with insects on the bed. The charges were another problem. The online price didn't match what they asked for: first 2000 rs, then another 2000 for the room within 15 minutes. A really bad experience overall.
