The service and food made our four-day stay very good. Chef Tarun is experienced and prepared tasty food. At reception, Mr Abhiraz was very cooperative and helpful, and his behavior was very good. Rajendra from housekeeping worked very hard. The hotel is just outside Prayagraj junction, platform no 6.

Max Polo Hotel is very convenient for travelers, since it’s close to Prayagraj Junction. I stayed one day and found the room clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The noodles and honey chilli potatoes at the restaurant were excellent in both taste and quality. Staff were polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel to people visiting Prayagraj.

Polo Max Hotel is the older name people also use for this hotel, right beside Prayagraj Station on the platform No. 10.side or back side. Rooms are good, and room service is regular. The staff are polite and helpful, and Wi-Fi is available. The ground-floor restaurant, next to reception, is pure veg and kept clean. You can order from your room or through Swiggy, though for Swiggy you have to collect the order at the main gate since they won’t pick it up for you. The buffet breakfast has at least 15 dishes and plenty of choice, and I’d suggest adding it to your booking. Food was tasty overall. Transport is easy to find near the station, and Rapido is also worth booking. Civil lines, the main city, is five minutes away by auto or walkable. Sangam is about 15 minutes by auto, where you can see Fort and Lete hue Hanuman ji ka mandir. Fort closes by 1700 hrs. It’s a central spot for getting around to places you may want to visit, and an excellent hotel for a stay.

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Mr. Tarun Thakur served us, and he was attentive, polite, and helpful throughout. His hospitality made a good meal even better. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and taste. I also want to recognize AKANSHA at reception. She communicates clearly, explains things patiently, and understands guests’ concerns. Her professionalism, respect, and genuine care for guest comfort made my stay more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, safe, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a pleasant environment. Max Hotel is one of the best in Prayagraj, in my experience. I’ll prefer to stay here on future visits and would strongly recommend it to friends and relatives.
