A very bad experience. The TV didn’t work, and no one responded when I asked about cleaning. Room service was poor.

We had to ask three or four times before the staff finally noticed that complimentary breakfast was on our bill. They kept saying it wasn’t included, when they should have checked beforehand instead of making guests come ask. The staff member was a little rude and unprofessional. Neither room was clean. We’d already asked to change the first room because it was dusty and dirty, then found trash from a previous guest and plastic glasses in the replacement. Overall, it was okay, but the rooms didn’t look like the online photos.

I had a great stay. The location is great, the rooms were clean and hygienic, the service was good and the price was very affordable. Staff were very good too. Thanks to all of them ❣️

My first OYO stay was ridiculous. The service was very poor, and the rooms were filthy. The AC barely worked, with the electricity cutting out constantly. Breakfast wasn't available until 11:30 AM, so I had to leave and find food outside.
