We came as a group on the day package. The lunch was really good, the service was good, and the boardroom was well kept and worked well for group use. The property is also a little way inside from the city. At ₹1470 per person, though, the package didn't feel worth the price. The included boat ride was just a regular boat, and three hours felt like too long when there wasn't much to see or do, especially compared with the more engaging backwaters at Alappuzha. The outdoor pool was unclean, the water quality seemed poor, and it was too hot for comfortable swimming. There were only three bicycles for our large group, and when we asked about fishing, we were told the equipment was broken and unavailable. Apart from the food and boardroom, the package didn't justify the charge. A houseboat experience instead of the regular boat ride would make it more appealing.

The calm setting by Enamavu lake was a lovely part of our stay at Resort Blue Serene in Thoyakkavu,Thrissur. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend the resort to relatives, friends, and anyone visiting Thrissur. Our room was very spacious, the property was neat, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The staff served us well, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed both the swimming pool and cycling around the grounds.

The tour guides were amazing, and we had a great trip in a very peaceful, beautiful place. The food was really good and had a homely touch. I'd like to mention one thing, though: it would be better if you reduced the tour package price. Thank you.

We held my brother's reception for around 500 guests at Blue Serene Resort, Thrissur, and the event went wonderfully. The staff kept everything organized and handled the crowd smoothly. The indoor hall was spacious and well maintained, and the food was good, with guests appreciating it. Our guests also enjoyed the spacious, well-kept rooms, along with time by the backwaters and boating. Those were relaxing touches that made the celebration memorable. I'd recommend the resort for weddings and other large events.

The setting has a nice ambience, but the stay was very poor for what they charge. My room was spacious, though it needed better upkeep. I suspect the resort is understaffed, and that may be why maintenance is lacking. After I raised concerns about the room's condition, they did give me a 10% discount. The complimentary breakfast was pathetic. The food selection and utensils didn't come close to what I'd expect from even a two-star resort. Indoor activities were uncomfortable in the heat, with no AC or even a fan.
