We really liked our room. It was spacious and clean, and the food was decent. The main problem was reaching reception: the team was usually away from the counter, and their landline didn't work either. Connecting with them was difficult. Also, there's no elevator.
The food was a real treat, and the service made the stay special. Staff were attentive and very courteous. The elegant, relaxing ambience added to the comfort. I had a wonderful time here and would recommend it for its hospitality and style.
We came to this bar as a group of five and were treated rudely. After that, nobody paid us any attention or brought anything to have alongside the liquor. The service was poor, and there didn't seem to be anyone managing the guests. Staff also didn't know the menu. When we asked what whiskies were available, they just said things like “mh,mc.” Please make sure staff learn the menu and how to look after guests. Thank you.
The receptionist was aggressive and rude, and we were abused just for asking for an extra bed. They clearly care very little about customer service. The worst guest experience I've had, 0/5.
Nice bar atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food. We spent quite a lot of time there.
