Svs Grande

A disappointing stay. The front desk person was very rude, dinner took too long to reach our room, and the food was very poor. On top of that, they woke us at 4 am to rearrange the cars 😠

I paid online through Agoda for three rooms at SVS Grande, but after my flight was delayed, the hotel refused when I called to ask about postponing the booking. The next day, on 25/7/25, I was near the hotel and called to ask if I could use a room to freshen up. The reception staff spoke rudely to both me and my driver and said they couldn't give us a room, even though we'd paid in full. We couldn't check in late or even freshen up, so all the money for the three rooms was lost. The way the staff spoke to us was really disrespectful. We weren't asking to stay for free; we'd already paid. SVS Grande management should teach staff how to communicate with and treat customers. I won't be staying there again. If you're thinking of booking, be careful about paying in full before check-in. I made that mistake. Very poor service and behavior from the SVS grande hotel reception staff.

We had no water for more than 3 hours, so we couldn't use the restroom, shower, or even wash our hands. When we called the front desk, they were dismissive or seemed not to know what was happening. We got no clear update and no alternative arrangement. For the price and the name SVS Grande claims for itself, this was a huge disappointment. The hotel failed to provide basic facilities, and it was one of my worst stays. I wouldn't recommend it even for a short visit. There are better nearby options that actually value their guests.

We stayed from 10 pm on the 26th to 11 am on the 27th, but the admin at "Svs grande " charged us for 12 hours and collected extra money. They also didn't respond about the parking. The service and customer treatment were terrible, and it felt like their focus was always on getting extra money. That's why I can only give one star. 🌟
