I booked a week through goibibo at a very reasonable rate, but the hotel initially refused to let me in, saying the daily price was too low for them to afford. They told me to call customer care and get the amount adjusted. I waited at reception for about an hour, and after several calls the issue was sorted out and I was allowed in. The room was poor. There were cockroaches, the washroom was in bad shape, the toilet seat was dirty, and the flush was broken. The shower didn't work, water was inadequate, and the AC stopped working near the end of my stay. I complained several times, but they did nothing. A really bad week.

The service was ordinary, and they didn't provide soap or towels when I checked in. The bed was basic, and the pillows looked ancient. It felt like nothing was being maintained, with rooms right next to each other and plenty of noise coming from them. The rooms are very average, and everything else feels ordinary too. The location is tucked into narrow surroundings. I'd look elsewhere. The whole stay was a letdown.

They take bookings through partner sites, but when you arrive to check in, they may refuse to give you a room because they say the rate is too low. The staff were rude and seemed uneducated. Unmarried boys and girls come here to enjoy themselves. This isn't a place for decent people. A very bad hotel.

I paid ₹825 for a booking through the Fab Hotel app, but the management charged me another ₹500 when I arrived, saying they couldn't give me a room at such a low rate. They told me to call Fab Hotel customer care or do whatever I wanted, but still made me pay the extra amount. Very poor service from white house Hotel in.
