AR Suites Jewels Royale

The location made getting around Pune easy, and being in a residential neighborhood felt like an added safety bonus. The ambience was lovely, and the stay felt very good value for money. Breakfast had a good range, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was good too. Our plans came together at the last minute, but the staff understood and handled our requests without hesitation. Mr.Meen was a real lifesaver: he helped us change rooms, upgraded us to a suite, and arranged rooms for my brother's friends at the best price. He was very kind throughout and made things hassle-free. The only thing I'd suggest is offering mineral water bottles at MRP instead of the glass bottles. Otherwise, AR suites jewel Royale gave us five-star service, and I'd say it's a great place to stay with family when visiting Pune. Thank you to everyone, especially Mr.Meen.

The check-in and communication were unpleasant because the receptionists were rude and unhelpful. Our room wasn't hygienic, and cleanliness seemed poorly maintained. Service was slow and lacked professionalism too, so the stay was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness, staff behavior, and service.

For 55 Euros/night, it was very good value. Breakfast was decent, and they made a good omelet on request. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with everything working. The AC could've been placed better, though the fan worked perfectly fine.

The property was neat and beautiful, and the location nearby was good. Staff were hardworking and very polite, with especially kind and helpful service from Vipul. I'd love to stay here again.
