Dilip made me feel at home. He greeted me in person at check-in and explained everything, and he was a courteous, gentle host. Bauhinia Apartments is tucked away on a quiet lane, away from the busy streets, but still centrally located in Pune. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores are within walking distance. My room was clean and comfortable, and the shared outdoor balcony is charming, a nice spot for a meeting or a coffee with friends. Breakfast is available to order in advance, and it’s a vegetarian Maharashtrian meal made by his family.

The rooms are very clean, and the toilets are good too. Sometimes the water stops flowing, so you need to call reception.

The home-cooked meals at Dilip Sir’s residence were a real treat. They tasted like my mother’s cooking, simple and full of heart, and we wanted more after every meal. Even with a small issue paying by UPI, Dilip Uncle accommodated us without hesitation, and we really appreciated the early check-in. The hospitality made our stay at Bauhinia feel peaceful and heartfelt, and the property itself stood tall in every sense. Dilip Sir is a true gentleman, and his politeness and grace were genuinely touching. I recommend staying here. I’ve already booked again and can’t wait to come back, hopefully for a month-long retreat.

I booked a room for three people at 3920/-. That was the price shown in the booking, but he said I had to pay 4500/- because he was charging for an extra bed. I asked him to show me his laptop, and he couldn’t find 4500/- anywhere in the booking details. He wanted to cheat me, then spoke to me very rudely and argued unnecessarily. His behaviour was unacceptable. In the morning, bees came into the room when I opened the window. Nobody had warned me about them, and one stung my hand.
