The buffet breakfast had a good spread, and we really liked how clean the whole place was. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and the staff at reception, the restaurant, and the lobbies were helpful and always smiling. Datta from housekeeping deserves a special mention too. We stayed two nights, and everything went smoothly from arrival and check-in through checkout. It was a very comfortable stay.

What I remember most about Blue Diamond is the people. Even during a short stay, every interaction had that warm, thoughtful IHCL feel, and the late-night front desk team was attentive and professional. I was also upgraded to a spacious suite, with a calming layout that brought together modern comfort and the hotel’s older charm. IHCL calls it an “urban sanctuary,” and that description fit the room well. The quiet remembrance corner for Taj/IHCL colleagues lost on 26/11 moved me deeply. I’ve long admired the group’s resilience and grace after those events, and the memorial felt like a reminder that hospitality is about humanity. By coincidence, I checked in on the anniversary of 26/11. I used to live in Pune, so returning to one of the city’s earliest and most iconic five-star hotels felt like reconnecting with a familiar landmark. Its Koregaon Park location, close to both the airport and railway station, is a real advantage for travellers. I missed breakfast because of a packed schedule, and left wishing I’d had time to try the dining options, pool, and spa. The hotel’s reputation for service and its strong ratings across major travel platforms seem well earned. This visit reminded me why I see IHCL and the Tata Group as pillars of Indian hospitality. Blue Diamond stands out for its legacy, compassion, and service, and the experience stayed with me after checkout.

We were a group of 20 and had the unlimited set lunch at their Chinese / Asian restaurant. The food was tasty, the service was very good, and the staff were polite and helpful. It was full value for money. Recommended.

Dear Sir/Ma’am, My family and I had a memorable Karvachauth supper at Hotel Blue Diamond, Pune. The evening had delicious food, smooth service, and a warm personal touch from everyone. The property’s ambience felt pristine, combining warmth with elegance. At both The Mystic India and Whispering Bamboos, Mr. Sagar, Mr. Ganesh, and Ms. Mamta were attentive, courteous, and prompt. Chef Ganesh Gawasane, guided by Executive Chef Sharma, deserves special thanks for the Kadai Paneer and Dimsums. They were beautifully presented and just right in flavour and aroma, with real care in the cooking. Please pass our compliments and gratitude to the whole Blue Diamond team for maintaining such high standards and making the occasion special. It was an “out of the world” experience.
