Classic Executive Hotel

The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and room service was prompt. The staff were polite and cooperative.

The location felt a bit cut off from the main city, so choose with that in mind. The rooms had all the facilities the hotel listed, and the welcoming staff were available around the clock. Service was good, and it felt like a stay worth the money. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and coffee.

The manager was rude and asked unnecessary personal questions. The AC in our room didn't work, and the room looked nothing like the pictures. There aren't good places to eat nearby, and the area seemed isolated, scary, and unsafe for walking at night. Don't be taken in by the hotel's photos or ratings. Look for somewhere better near Pune station, about 30 minutes away, and avoid this place.

We had a miserable stay and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. The AC didn't work, the sheets were stained, and the washroom hadn't been cleaned properly. The power went out in the middle of the night with no backup, and nobody responded to complaints. Neither Oyo nor the hotel seemed concerned about guest comfort. They only seemed to care about the money. Think twice or three times before booking the so-called Classic executive rest. For us, it was completely worthless.
