The rooms, staff, service, and location were all good. But after two days here, I developed a contagious skin infection that spread across my body, leaving me with a lot of itching and rashes. I suspect the bedsheets may have caused it. Management should have stricter cleaning and hygiene rules when rooms are switched between guests. This is unacceptable.

A peaceful, clean place that doesn't cost much. The staff were helpful, and it's very close to Mumbai Highway.

I've stayed here 5-6 times. The rooms are clean, and the Baner location is good. Customer service is just okay, neither great nor bad. I'd rate it 3 out of 5.

The staff were well behaved, the food was nice, and all the listed facilities seemed to be in proper working order. It's in a nice location too. I felt good about everything, and I'm happy 🙂👍
