The rooms were dirty and full of bed bugs, and the service was very bad. They didn’t provide a towel or brush kit, among other things. Even the bathroom clothes hanger was broken, and there was no hot water. This place doesn’t deserve a 3 star rating.

What made my stay special was the warm, friendly service from the staff. My room was stunning, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed, and the view from the window was breathtaking. I had an incredible stay. 👍👍

We travelled with a toddler and asked to use a kitchen to reheat baby milk. They said there was one, but there wasn’t, so we struggled a lot. The room and bathroom were very dirty too. We booked online, but everything felt fraudulent, and even the hotel name on the sign outside was different. I’ll never recommend this place.
