Fabhotel Paradise Inn I

The breakfast was just two idli, and they tasted bad. Even a cup of tea cost 20 rupees because anything beyond those two idli was charged separately. The staff had no manners when speaking to customers, and the bathroom and beds weren't clean. I'm not happy with this hotel at all.

I left feeling refreshed and well looked after, and I'd be eager to come back. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make me feel valued. The welcome at check-in was warm and genuine, and the room was spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable, and luxurious. Fresh linens, perfectly brewed coffee, a serene atmosphere, and top-notch amenities made every detail feel thoughtfully handled. This was easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

For the price, the rooms aren't worth it. They didn't provide a water bottle, then charged double after I asked for one. Upkeep was an issue too. They hadn't even cleaned after a day.

I had to cancel my booking, but more than two months later I still haven't received the refund. I've followed up multiple times, and the hotel hasn't given a proper response. They ignore calls and messages. The lack of communication and unprofessional handling are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they improve how they deal with refunds and customers.
