Fabhotel Prime Athiti Delight Stay

The location is very remote and isolated, so it didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was unhygienic and very poor. Housekeeping staff said managers had ordered them to wipe the bathrooms with the bath towels provided. There was usually no reception desk, and there was no working intercom receiver.

We were there for two to three days for my sister’s wedding, and the rooms were very clean. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. Catering was great too. It was a memorable stay.

This place is okay if you only need somewhere cheap to sleep for a night or two. It’s not comfortable or convenient enough if that’s what you’re after. The rooms are clean and good enough, but service was poor and the food was just okay, nothing tasty to expect. There were several maintenance problems: the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up and fell onto my back while I used the seat, which was irritating and unhygienic. The bath stool was broken, the TV’s wooden platform was loose enough to seem like it could fall off the wall, and the wall-mounted table felt weak. There was no chair, and the fan kept scraping against the pop ceiling and making noise. The room telephone didn’t work either. There was a small kettle but no tea or coffee sachets. Drinking water was available, but I had to call reception two or three times to get bottles.

A very bad experience at reception. They contradicted themselves and charged us extra.
