I ended up waiting for the room to become available, since it was a working day and I had no other accommodation options at the time. I’d arrived about 15 minutes after checkout time, and the room wasn’t ready. I told reception I needed the room I’d booked and that the hotel should be able to manage the short delay. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, seemed offended, and told me to contact the customer care team I’d booked through. He insisted I cancel the booking instead of helping find another solution.

The rooms weren’t cleaned well, the service was poor, and the reception guy was very rude. I’ve already written an email, so please look into this for how you treat other guests. Don’t book this hotel. The treatment here is very bad. The reception guy asked for a bribe to give me a room before check-in time. Very, very bad experience at this Fab Royal inn hotel.

Late at night, the bathroom ran out of water, and we had to call the front desk or maintenance just to get it restored. The hotel really lacked proper service and water arrangements. This is a basic necessity and shouldn’t be a problem.

The geyser was very small and stopped working on our last day. The lift wasn’t working on the first floor, and nobody was there to help with luggage. The manager wasn’t friendly, and water wasn’t complimentary, they even charged for a bottle. The service wasn’t good overall. It was a very bad stay and not suitable for a family.

I visit every month for business. The staff are very cooperative, and the rooms are in good condition. It’s a comfortable stay.
