FabHotel Tulip Comforts

The staff were polite and cooperative, and most things were pretty good. Breakfast was included, with upma, chole, puri, bread and butter toast, and jam. The TV only had free channels, and a few listed amenities were missing, such as a shower cap, dental kit, and shaving kit. Our first room had an air conditioning problem, so we moved to another one. It was a little smaller but adequate. Our booking was shifted from treebo tulips comfort to fabhotels tulips comfort because of a technical issue, and the two locations are far apart. This place is fine for a one day stay, but be aware it's far from Pune station and the bus stand. Uber cost about 400 rupees each way.

The room is spacious, but there are more downsides than positives. The location is remote, the road is rough, and vehicles might get stuck in mud during the rainy season. There’s no parking, food, tea, or breakfast, and no lift. Room service is poor and the TV cable doesn't work.

Cockroaches and even a small mouse were roaming around inside the room, and the pillow covers were torn. There were frequent power cuts, construction outside, and no lift. The location is poor, tucked inside a lane. Food is brought in from outside, and breakfast isn't available before 8:00 AM. Fab Hotel Tulip Comfort was a very bad experience, and Fab hotel's response was poor too. After repeated follow-ups, they only sent a hotel location link and never gave me the property's contact number. I wouldn't recommend booking Fab Hotel.

The room was in very good condition, and the service person was supportive. The location is good for the reasonable rates. Breakfast, though, was disappointing: just idli and a cup of tea worth Rs. 5.
