Fabhotel White House Inn

At 1 AM, there was a short circuit in the room and sparks flew. Staff came after we called, took a look, then left. They didn't fix anything, follow up, or apologize, so we spent the night without electricity. We were exhausted and stayed anyway, which was a big mistake. Getting to that point took over two hours. They kept us waiting an hour in the lobby, then put us in another room for an hour and a half, claiming they were preparing a better one. It was dirty, had no electricity, and felt abandoned. When we asked what was going on, reception casually said, “We don’t have rooms available.” Why make us wait and pretend they were arranging a better room? The staff were rude and unprofessional. This property and its service are awful, and management is even worse. Don't book here, you'll regret it as soon as you walk in.

The washroom was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was no hot water, and the cleaning was poor. I'm giving one star because I can't give less.

The bathroom was badly rusted, and there was no water in the morning. We paid for breakfast, but staff said it wouldn't be served until after 11, around checkout time. We were also given used towels and bedsheets, and when we raised it, staff told us to adjust. The place is extremely unhygienic and not a good hotel to stay in. I wouldn't recommend it. Fabhotel doesn't seem to maintain its SOP anymore, so trusting the brand when booking could get you into trouble.

A stay worth remembering, in the wrong way. Don't book a room here.
