Four Points By Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apt

As a woman travelling, feeling safe and comfortable mattered a lot, and this hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the food was fresh, tasty, and came in a great variety. I had an excellent stay and would recommend it for the hospitality and secure, calm setting.

My niece had the time of her life, and the team at Four Points really impressed me. I’m leaving such a detailed review because lately 5-star places have felt more like 3-star stays for us, which has been disappointing. This time the service lived up to expectations from booking call through checkout. Manager Abhineet remembered the exact details and arranged the room we wanted. The reception person at check-in, whose name I forgot, was helpful too. Our room was clean and organized. At the Eatery, the chefs were sweet and attentive to my niece, even preparing food for her special diet. I don’t know the dinner buffet chef’s name, but chef Rupak paid close attention to all our breakfast orders. We’ll book Four Points on every Pune visit.

The restaurant service was a weak point. At lunch, as at dinner, I had to wave to get a waiter's attention, and some dinner buffet dishes were a little dry. Breakfast, though, had a nice range of choices. I stayed one night at Four Points by Sheraton, Chedin, arriving on the 27th October and checking out on the 28th. Check-in was easy, and the reception staff were welcoming and courteous. My room was superb, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a pleasant stay overall, and better food and restaurant service would make it perfect.

There were a few delays in service, but not often enough to affect the stay much. The hospitality and comfort made up for those small waits, and I found it a satisfying stay.
