Hotel Aurora Towers

The staff were attentive, and the breakfast had a generous spread, from Indian to continental food, plus live counters. The location is handy too, with shops, restaurants, and a shopping centre nearby. Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the nearby city. The room could use renovation. Water spills out of the bathtub, so it needs full glass protection, and a bath mat and slippers should be provided. We had to ask for both. The bathroom counters are large and too far from the mirror, which made them inconvenient to use. There’s room to improve, though the location and service helped make up for it.

Spending time here with friends was awesome, and this place has a special spot in my heart. It took me back to our college days of going out for late-night coffee. I came to host a sangeet ceremony, and the venue had plenty of space and great infrastructure. The staff were really good and cooperative.

The breakfast seemed stale, and when I pointed it out, the staff didn’t seem concerned. The reception person also needs to be more professional with check-ins and questions. The rooms are big, but they aren’t well maintained, especially the toilets.

The rooms are spacious, but very, very outdated, and the bathtub was dirty. The pool was mediocre too. Location is probably the only good thing left about the hotel. Pune has many options, but this one can work if location is the main concern.
