For a short budget stay, Hotel Basera is decent, though you shouldn’t expect luxury. The rooms are basic and functional, service is average, and the restaurant food is okay but nothing special. It’s conveniently located near places like Dagdusheth Ganesh temple and Shanivarwada. The value for money is fair.

I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel. They kept chasing me for advance payment after I checked in, which hotels generally don’t do. There’s no mobile signal in the rooms, and they don’t change the sheets regularly. Water bottles weren’t provided each day unless we asked, then they charged separately for them on checkout. Better to stay away. 👎👎

The rooms were clean and neat, the WiFi and AC worked well, and service was prompt. The staff were supportive, and parking was available on the hotel premises. The food was nice, and breakfast was included and really good. There are also good food options nearby. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with famous places within walking distance: Shaniwar wada, dagdu sheth ganapati, lal Mahal, vishrambag wada, sujata mastani, chitale store, and the shopping street. Great value for money, highly recommended.

There’s plenty of parking, and the hotel is centrally located in Pune. The meals are quality maintained, and the amenities meet expectations. Rooms are well kept, the staff are courteous, and the stay was comfortable. Its location makes it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

The person at reception was extremely rude and disrespectful, and they weren’t supportive when I asked about the price of the stay. This place wasn’t worth staying at. It felt like a waste of money.
