Hotel karishma

The morning staff member was so rude that I was shocked and just left quietly. The night staff member was okay. I stayed one night in Oct'22 and only had four to five hours for sleep, but managed just a couple of hours because I was tired. The bedsheets and pillows reeked of sweat, oil, dust, you name it. The smell was so strong it hurt my nose. I'm not exaggerating, see the photos. An economical room is no excuse for putting a customer in that condition. The included breakfast claim also wasn't true. Please DON'T stay here, it isn't worth it.

I had to go down to reception myself both times I needed something. At check-in they hadn't put basic things like soap or toothpaste in the room, and when I asked, they said to come collect them because they didn't have staff right then. At night, when I asked for a water bottle, they said service was closed and I had to come down for it too. I really disliked the service. It's 3rd class, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. If I come to Pune again, I will never return to this hotel.

The ACs don't work. The washroom water is dirty and dark yellow, and there are bedbugs in the bed.

I booked in a hurry, then got a message while on my way saying the owner had changed the property's location. What was I supposed to do, run somewhere else late at night? Is that fair? When I reached the hotel, the reception guy wouldn't even hear that I had a booking there. He just told me to contact customer care. Why? This is no way to treat a customer, and it was my worst experience ever. Please take strict action against that guy. The whole thing was really disappointing.
