Hotel O Peaceful Stay Keshav Nagar

I had to pay for both nights even though I left after one. I'd booked two days, but the awful service and the manager's arrogant attitude made me leave early. The room had no towel, soap, clean sheets, or TV. When I asked about those basics, the manager said rudely, “Complain to anyone, I don’t care, I’m not afraid of anyone.” He also told me he'd already asked OYO to remove his property, but they hadn't done so, and said guests were suffering because of it. The place was unhygienic, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Don't waste your money here.

They wouldn't let me in before the two-hour mark, but charged 80% of the total when I cancelled. OYO refunded just 190 out of 800. How pitiful. The place is in a terrible area, the reception person has an ego problem, and there was nothing clean or worth recommending. To me, this is the worst OYO hotel in India. I wouldn't recommend even stopping here for a minute. This is my own experience. See the attachment for more details. OYO beggars.

Really pleasant stay. The staff were helpful, and the room was very clean and hygienic. I'd recommend it to family and friends!

This was my worst hotel experience. The staff member, who said he was the night manager, spoke rudely and used inappropriate language. He looked like a robber to me, and clearly didn't know how to talk to a guest.
