Hotel Royal Enclave Nana Peth

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and be aware that the money won’t be refundable once you’ve paid. My room wasn’t clean, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom smelled bad. Staff were slow and unhelpful when I asked for things, and basic amenities were missing or didn’t work properly. It wasn’t worth the price.

The bathroom fixtures were damaged, there was fungus on the walls, and the shower didn’t work. The sheets and blankets were dirty and stained too. The manager spoke rudely and acted hostile when we asked to check in early, even though a room was available, and made us wait. A bad experience. I’d avoid this hotel.

It’s cheap and affordable, but the location and service weren’t great. The rooms were the most unhygienic I’ve ever seen, with a stink in the room and a sticky floor.

We booked the room for 24 hours, but they made us leave after only 12. The manager was rude and had no courtesy or professionalism. The rooms weren’t up to the standard for what they charge, and there were bedbugs on the pillow cover. They’ve done no maintenance.
