I paid 2050 for one night, and it wasn’t worth it. There was no drinking water, and the washroom tap and jet spray weren’t working. Neither was the TV or landline. I was completely disappointed with the staff’s service, and the managers were rude. I won’t stay at this property again. The room service guy was better than the manager, atlist he tried to help.

They charged me an extra 760 rs for a late checkout. The staff’s behavior was really rude too. I wouldn’t visit this hotel.

The area is okay once you’re inside the hotel premises, but the room quality and service don’t justify the high charges. The bedsheets were dirty, there’s no lift, the mattress was very poor, and the bathroom jet wasn’t working. Cockroaches were everywhere. The staff were supportive and changed my room, but that didn’t make much difference: the replacement still had cockroaches and the mattress quality was about the same. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. A solo male traveler might consider staying, but the price is still too high for the room and service.

I don’t understand why this hotel has so many positive Google reviews. Maybe some of them are paid. Based on my own experience, it’s only suitable for bachelors and OYO couples, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay. There was no service, the rooms weren’t good to stay in, and they were unhygienic. This hotel really fits the OYO concept, and only for that specific purpose.
