The food was good and nicely arranged, and the staff were helpful throughout the event. Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences had a comfortable atmosphere, and everything ran smoothly. I attended a tech event there and found the venue well organized, with spacious halls and a professional setup. It seems like a great place for conferences, tech meetups, and corporate events.

The daily buffet breakfast had a wide range of options, and the apartment stayed peaceful despite being near Pune's main technology and business parks. The location made my daily commute convenient, and the free office transfers were useful for a business trip. There was also a daily shuttle to Phoenix Marketcity Mall for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I spent 15 days at Hyatt Residences Pune (Weikfield) in 2013 while traveling from the United States. My serviced apartment was about 64-100 sq. m., very spacious and well designed, with premium amenities that made it feel like home. The modern kitchen was fully equipped with good appliances, including a dishwasher, and housekeeping cleaned it thoroughly every day. It was a comfortable mix of convenience, luxury, and hospitality. I'd recommend Hyatt Residences Weikfield for short or longer business stays in Pune.

The property and location were good, with excellent dining options, but dealing with the charges felt like a hassle. At checkout, after we spoke to the manager, the extra bed and airport pickup fees were removed. It seemed we had to negotiate our way through the stay. Front desk staff could be trained better, and managers shouldn't hide behind them. We had to ask several times before we could speak to one. This could have been a five-star stay, but I'm giving two so management looks into it. We booked an apartment listed for four people, but one room had no beds. We were told three of us should use the king bed and the fourth the sofa. Since it was late at night, we agreed to pay Rs 2000 for two extra beds. Our Expedia booking included airport pickup, but we were charged because our flights were delayed. We had told the hotel our flight details in advance and that four of us would arrive with five large bags. They sent two small cars and charged for both.

Dining was a highlight, with delicious food, lots of variety, and attentive service. The hotel has an elegant yet comfortable feel, and its location made it easy to reach major areas of Pune. It seems suitable for families as well as business travelers. My room was modern, spacious, and spotless, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities that helped me relax. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. One of my best hotel stays in Pune. I'd recommend it for the comfort, service, and quality.
