You get a room, and that’s about it. The ambience is decent enough, but the dusty bed and blanket were terrible, as were the other washroom things. Don’t expect good service. I asked several times for hot water to bathe, but the staff did nothing, and I waited a long time. Even then, I realized there was no hot water system.

Service was fast and accurate, and the hotel staff were very friendly. I suggest booking here.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and economical. I paid only 1k for one night including taxes. It had a king-sized bed, clean sheets and curtains, a TV, open furniture for keeping things below the TV and on both sides of the bed, and a very nice, working AC. The lighting was soothing. There was no small wardrobe for bags and clothes. The bathroom was huge, about half the room's size, with the entrance in the middle, toilet on the left and shower on the right. The toilet seat was clean, water ran continuously, and hot water was available in the mornings. There was a nice basin and a portrait-sized mirror. I was disappointed with the food delivered when I ordered room service. It wasn't cooked here, so I’d suggest going out to one of the nearby hotels on the highway. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was almost nonexistent, so the promise of free Wi-Fi wasn’t met, though I didn’t need it. The hotel itself was a wonderful surprise in an area with substandard hotels. It’s not a five-star place, but from outside it looked nice, small, simple, and purposeful. There was nice parking in front, a pleasant reception and lounge, appealing interiors, a nice couch, and newspapers for guests. The person at the counter was courteous, polite, and fast, so check-in was quick. A bellboy offered to take my luggage. The elevator worked properly, though it’s tiny and wouldn’t suit someone claustrophobic. The passages and stairs were clean and impressive. I’d recommend it over anywhere else in the area because no other place is as good and economical. Cheers. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

The rooms were clean and the price was cheap, which is what earns the two stars. The room was very small, the AC didn’t work properly, food options were limited, and customer service was poor. I chose breakfast while booking, but when I arrived they said it wasn’t included. The website kept hanging while I was booking, and when I brought heavy luggage to reception, none of the hotel boys helped carry it to my room. Go here if money’s tight; otherwise, choose somewhere else.

The main downside is the parking, which is so small it can fit only 5 to 6 cars. Otherwise, I had a good experience. The rooms are very nice to look at and comfortable, and the rates are okay. It’s on the outskirts of Pune City along the Pune-Solapur highway, and it seems to be visited mostly by frequent travellers.
