JW Marriott Hotel Pune

We had three rooms for a full week, and the arrangements went smoothly from our warm, well-organized welcome onward. The housekeeping team deserves special thanks, especially Sudhir Sardar, Santosh, and Roshan, for taking such care with the details. The towel decorations were a sweet touch, and my niece and son were delighted by them. We were comfortable throughout and really appreciated the service and hospitality.

Spice Kitchen was a highlight for dining, with a generous buffet of Indian and international food. The dishes were flavorful, nicely presented, and seemed to use quality ingredients. Live counters brought some freshness and fun, and the desserts were rich without feeling unbalanced. The restaurant was clean, service was prompt, and the food was consistently good. Its relaxed but classy feel worked for family dinners, celebrations, or a business lunch. The whole JW Marriott Pune experience felt polished and welcoming, from the elegant design to the courteous, attentive staff. Whether staying there or stopping in to eat, I found the comfort, hospitality, and food worth the visit. A great choice in Pune for anyone after a luxury stay or meal.

At Spice Kitchen for Sunday brunch on 1st March 2026, the service was a letdown. We had to keep looking around for basic cutlery ourselves, which got in the way of the meal. The food was average too. Several dishes seemed like frozen items that had been reheated, with little freshness or refinement. I’ve often stayed at JW Marriott properties in Mumbai and Kolkata, so I expected a similar standard here. Given the brand’s reputation, I’d hoped for better food and more efficient service. I hope the team addresses this and brings back the premium experience guests expect.

They even arranged a celebration cake at short notice and added a personal message. The chef also made a special dish for us, and it was outstanding. Our room was spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Thank you so much.
