We’ve stayed here before, and the upkeep and cleanliness are still as good as they were in earlier years. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the front desk woman was pleasant and respectful. The staff were courteous and helpful overall. It feels safe for families and good value for money.

Our guests enjoyed the delicious food at the Haldi ceremony in 'Tiara' Terrace hall, and they were very happy with their stay across the 40 rooms we booked for our son's wedding. They appreciated the upkeep and the staff's prompt service. A special thank you to Manager Mr. Johnny for his professionalism, personal attention, and care. The whole team was cooperative and supportive, and their warm service helped make the celebration feel just right and truly memorable. I stayed for 2days and had a good experience. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were cooperative. It’s also in a very good location, with both the railway station and metro stations within walking distance.

The hotel wouldn’t provide a power card, so the AC switches off when you leave. The room then gets extremely hot and uncomfortable.
