The hotel looks nice from outside and says it offers complimentary breakfast, but breakfast starts only after 8 and the choices are very limited. Even past 8, there was no juice, milk, tea, coffee, cornflakes, or fruit. Those are basic things I’d expect from a complimentary breakfast.

The room wasn’t comfortable, and the washroom was dirty. Hygiene was very poor, with basic cleaning and maintenance clearly lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were nice, and the hall looked good for functions. Service from the staff was really good, especially Akshay at the Reception, who was very friendly.

The room was big, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. Akshay was especially helpful, and the service from the hotel and staff was good overall.
