Mastiff Hotel Chinchwad

The food service was poor: orders took a long time, and when they finally came, the food was cold and below standard. The manager seemed completely unaware of this. The ambience was decent, but weak management, poor staff behavior and unacceptable service made the experience extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I stayed at Little Mastiff Hotel for one day. Receptionist Priya took 20-25 minutes to handle booking and the same amount of time for checkout. Her rude, arrogant and unprofessional manner made it feel as though assigning a room was a favor. When I asked to speak to the manager, it was clear they had no control, awareness or responsibility for staff or operations. The management seemed inefficient and careless. This place doesn't understand hospitality.

Priya at reception was so helpful, with a warm smile and positive attitude, and she made check-in smooth. Hotel Mastiff was a fantastic place to stay, with friendly staff, spotless rooms, a central location and a yummy breakfast spread. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Priya made our stay even better.

Priya and Pravin were supportive during our stay. The drainage needs attention, though: after a shower, water comes out of the bathroom, leaving the area slippery and uncomfortable. Fixing that would make the experience much better. I hope management takes the issue seriously.

The rooms were quite good for the price, and the service was hospitable. Priya, the receptionist, helped me a lot with both check-in and checkout. It was a good stay.
