OYO 10939 Hotel Sangam

The manager was very friendly, and the hotel seems suitable for families and couples. The rooms were good, though small, with no table for eating. I wasn't happy with the restaurant: it charged Rs 1000 for just naan and one dish. One unpleasant thing happened when we left the room: the ward boys cleaned in our bathroom and left it dirty.

The shower barely had any pressure, and they hadn't switched on the hot water, even though my first question was whether they had garam pani. It was a struggle to communicate with the staff; they seemed unhappy in their jobs and couldn't be bothered to welcome or help us. This is my second awful OYO experience, and I'll never book with them again. For 1000rs a night, you can find much better hotels with more helpful service.

The place is a long way from the city center, and the price felt too high for what it offers. The room itself was clean and everything was brand-new, but the bathroom had a water flow problem. It worked out fine on the second day. Breakfast was basically in name only, and not something you'd want to eat.

The breakfast was awful: poha, idli, and then more idli, all of it very cold. Service was slow, and even getting a few small items was a problem. The rooms were pretty much what you'd expect from an OYO.
