OYO 12977 Hotel 22 LW

Food orders still didn’t come even after I called several times, and outside food isn’t allowed. If you do order through room service, they make you pay upfront, otherwise someone may keep ringing your doorbell late at night for the bill. The room itself was awful, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Service was good, but the guy at reception had a really irresponsible attitude and never responded to me. I’d rather stay in a cheap lodge than spend money here and have my privacy compromised. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel. A complete waste of money.

The room smelled bad, and the hotel was in terrible condition. I booked a suite through the OYO app, but they gave me a different, smaller room. The staff treated guests badly and were slow to respond to requests. OYO offered me a 10% discount for paying before check-in, but the hotel charged me that amount again at check-in, which made it seem like they were cheating guests. If I’d known all this before paying through the OYO app, I would never have checked in. The pictures were no guide to what the place was actually like. I’d choose a lodge for a night instead. This was the worst stay of my life, and I’d never recommend or book this hotel again.

I’ve stayed here three or four times on visits to Pune. It’s peaceful and quiet in the heart of Kalyani Nagar, and the food is more like home cooking. The cleanliness is good compared with other OYO hotels. I really like this place.

The sheets had hair and stains, and the rooms were dirty because they hadn’t been maintained or cleaned. They charge a lot for the location but don’t even provide complimentary services, just keep making excuses. The service was very bad. I’d avoid booking here.
