OYO 655 Hotel Aundh Retreat

The staff were polite, and the towels and sheets were okay, though they didn’t seem properly clean. The room itself needs a lot of upkeep: there was dirt under the bed and cockroaches. The bathroom tiles are broken, the lift and WiFi weren’t working, and hot water wasn’t available because they said it was under maintenance.

I had a terrible experience here. There was no service or cleaning, and the equipment wasn’t adequate. The staff weren’t cooperative either. It felt like the hotel was only interested in making money. I’d advise against booking it.

The room was full of dust, with smoke and cigar smells throughout the hotel. The floor and bathroom tiles were broken, and the rooms stank. Linen was dirty and torn, and the lift didn’t work. The staff were very rude. It was a distressing stay, bad enough that sleeping outside seemed preferable to going in.

The hotel is in a good location, but the stay was horrible. The room smelled foul, the sheets and towels were stained, and the AC didn’t work. Rainwater leaked in through a window that was closed, and the bathroom taps were leaking too. The lift was out of order. There’s no parking space, and since the hotel is on a narrow lane, we had to park on the road where traffic was a problem. Service was poor as well.
