At check-in they give just two 500ml bottles and call them complimentary, then you have to buy more. I've never seen a hotel where drinking water isn't available. The service was bad, and the owner seems not to care about maintaining the rooms, just about having a water bottle. Pune, what's lacking there?

My room's AC wasn't working, so they put in a room cooler and left the balcony open. I had to shut it because of the noise, mosquitoes, and safety, and then it got very hot inside. The experience was good otherwise.

It's a comfortable and safe choice for a family stay, managed by a family. The location in Pune Swargate is prime and convenient if you're stopping in transit.

The location is a real plus, right beside swargate bus station, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms are cozy and huge for the area, though not in 5-star condition. The breakfast buffet was terrible, the food really wasn't good at all. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, though. I'd absolutely recommend it for a short stay.
