The leak from the ceiling slab was inconvenient and unsanitary, and the bedding made the stay less than comfortable. The sheets and pillows were old and heavily stained, even though the room's general cleanliness was decent. It wasn't up to the standard of a top-notch hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

The bed and table were broken, there was no basic washbasin, and both the room and bedsheets were dirty. The photos on the website and Agoda were very different from the actual rooms, which were far from what I expected. It was a waste of time and money, and the reception and online both said cancellation wasn't available. If the hotel can't maintain the rooms, I don't see why it keeps listing misleading photos across sites. It should be removed as a stay option. Worst experience ever.

I needed to stay near this location for work and was considering booking through OYO. The app showed what seemed like a decent rate, but I'd read that the property might not accept OYO reservations. Luckily I had time to visit before booking. There was no proper parking, and even a two-wheeler would have to be left by the roadside, which didn't seem safe. The lobby, if you can call it that, was small and dingy. The reviews were right. When we asked the extremely rude man at the counter if they accepted app bookings, he said the minimum was 1200 a night, going up to 1600 or 1700 depending on them and when you booked. That's at least about 80% more than the price I saw in the OYO app. I expected to stay at least a week for work nearby, so this wrecked my accommodation plans and I had to sort something else out at the last minute. When I said it wasn't right to list the property on OYO and use its branding, he said it was his property and he could do what he wanted. I also think many of the positive reviews may be from staff friends or people they know. Some seemed far-fetched after seeing the place myself. At the actual nightly price, I'd recommend finding somewhere better. Even if you just need a place to crash, I'd only suggest it if you're alone or with a friend. It's not suitable for a family, and groups of more than two are charged extra from the third person onward. Horrible management, rude staff, and it felt like a scam. OYO should look into properties like this so customers don't face these hassles.

I have photo proof for everything mentioned. The room was dirty around the bed, and the sheets had stains. The fan barely ran, while the AC kept leaking water into the room and didn't work properly. Water wasn't available either. When I asked about it, I was told in Hindi that it would come after 12. The bed's backrest had come loose from the plywood; when I complained, I was told to pull the whole thing off. The atmosphere was awful. Worst hotel and worst experience.
