The rooms were decent, but cleanliness was an issue, and OYO's changing prices meant it was reasonable on the first day but much less so on days two and three. The support staff were helpful, except the woman at reception. She kept quoting prices above the OYO app rate, took my phone saying there was a booking mix-up, and tried to leave a five-star review. I found that completely unacceptable. They wouldn't let me use the kitchen even to warm water, and there was no kettle. They wanted ₹30 for warm water. The hotel also wouldn't take payment through the app, where there was a discount. They did accept online payments to personal accounts, but wouldn't honor the discounts. The whole setup seemed shady, so I can't recommend staying here.

After a long journey, I arrived at check-in for the room I'd booked through GOIBIBO. A woman said they couldn't give me a room, then a man at reception claimed I hadn't paid the full amount. I had paid in the app, but he blamed an app error and demanded more money. He first agreed to connect me with the owner, then refused. He shouted that he couldn't do anything and sent the woman sitting outside to speak with me. I started recording her voice as proof, but not video, since she was a woman. She then shouted at me and insulted my parents and me. The others joined in, abused me, and told another guy to get a rod and beat me. My phone was broken. This was a horrible, unprofessional experience, and I left to find somewhere else rather than keep arguing with them. 😞😞😞

They refused to let me check in and wanted an extra 2000. When I wouldn't pay, they denied me entry. The guy at the counter was incredibly rude, acting like he was on another planet, and OYO customer care wasn't any help either. If you want some peace of mind, stay away from this hotel.

The hotel is tucked inside an area that didn't feel suitable, with non-veg shops and roadside hotels along the road. The bathroom, mattress, and rooms were dirty, and even the blanket was unclean. I wouldn't recommend it to a couple looking for a nice time in Pune.
