Park Central Comfort-E-Suites

The visitor rules here are extremely strict, and the place was still under construction, with poor cleanliness and upkeep that made it feel uncomfortable. My first room was meant to be premium but smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I felt sick within minutes. When I asked to move to a non-smoking room, the front desk was dismissive and said only twin rooms were available. I had to contact MakeMyTrip support about cancelling before management finally moved me. That second room was better. The staff's attitude from arrival was rude and unwelcoming, with no greeting or smile. After checkout at noon, I also got an irritating call around 6 PM asking about the room card. It was one of my most uncomfortable hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for professional, pleasant hospitality.

The complimentary breakfast had very little variety, though the rest of the stay was generally good. I was there with my family for a day or two and had come a long way, so I brought my driver. We reached around 1 AM and I asked the receptionist for a servant room for him for the night. He refused, and when I asked to speak with the owner, he wouldn't give me the owner's mobile number. The boss also said no. Good hotels usually have a servant room, so this was a bad experience for me.

I was really happy with the service. The food was very nice, and the hotel is in a very good location. The renovated rooms are spacious and really good, with all the basic amenities provided.

The bathroom needs work: its exhaust fan wasn't working, so it stayed damp. Apart from that, my three-night business stay was very satisfying for a reasonable price. The location was perfect, the spacious room was neat and clean, and breakfast came with plenty of choices. Food quality and room service were both up to standard.
