The worst part was at the pool. My sister and I were there when restaurant staff began taking our pictures without asking. It felt invasive and unsafe for us as women traveling from another state, and nobody apologized or did anything. The room also wasn't the pool-view room we were promised, and the view and badly maintained windows were disappointing (photos attached). The stay had other serious problems too. The room was dirty, the washroom taps poorly maintained, and even the ice we were given was dirty by morning and unfit to consume. We weren't told before booking that the TV wasn't smart or that there was no WiFi, and the TV couldn't connect to WiFi anyway. Service was painfully slow, with 30 minutes for bathrobes, AC problems, and an unprofessional attitude overall. At ₹4,839, this was no value for money. Hygiene, honesty, service, and guest safety all fell short. Strongly not recommended, especially for women.

A good hotel, with decent rooms, though anyone after luxury should look elsewhere. It's tucked away in Kalyani Nagar but very central and well connected. The metro station is right opposite, and there are lots of lively spots and great food nearby. Everything else was fine.

The pool on the fourth floor is always a draw, and the metro now running makes a lovely backdrop. We keep choosing this hotel when we're in Pune, even though we have friends and relatives here. Our stays have been spread over more than three years, and we've returned again and again because it feels like home. It's compact and comfortable, in a pristine spot in Kalyani nagar, and not overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are well equipped, and the friendly staff keep things running smoothly. Special thanks again to Mr Vikas Passi, Mr Amar Paswan, Mr Rajesh Pandit, and Vishal the duty manger for arranging everything. This was our family's fifth stay, and the hospitality has never disappointed us.

The location made it easy to get out and explore, and the staff were so helpful they went above and beyond. My room was spotless and really comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay at Royal Orchid Central Pune. I'd happily recommend it.

My brother and I spent two nights in room no 917, and the stay wasn't good. The flush kept getting stuck even after we reported it to reception and someone came to fix it. The hair dryer didn't work either. For 5k a night, I expected a much better experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
