I left early in the morning because I couldn’t sleep on the dirty sheets. The walls had spit on them, and the room felt as if it was regularly used for some kind of****** Activities. I’d been here before, but it’s changed a lot. The location is very good and was the only reason I chose it; the staff were okay. Hot water was available, which gets the one star. This place needs a major shift in focus. I do not advise staying here.

The bar had a lively feel, with a great wine selection and some creative seasonal signature drinks. Brunch at the restaurant was delicious, the room was stunning, and the service was amazing. Everything was perfect. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

There’s no lunch or dinner available here, so be ready to go out for food. The lobby opens onto the road and was very dusty, with construction going on. The rooms were clean, but the lift wasn’t working and nobody bothered to check it. Staff also wouldn’t help carry luggage up the stairs.

The one good thing was the helpful staff. Otherwise, there were too many problems. The reception had no seating, and they only accepted cash or GPay, no cards. It wasn’t hygienic, the internal door had no latch, and the main door handles were broken. The TV didn’t work, and the set-top box was missing until I requested one. There was a power outage in the morning. No lunch or dinner was available, and there were no restaurants nearby, so we had to order from outside. A very ordinary hotel.
