The room was smelly and unhygienic, the beds were dirty, and there weren't even buckets in the bathroom. There was no real service either. When I asked for morning tea, they told me the milk had run out. Staff were asleep and nobody woke up for an hour. This is the worst room condition and management I've ever experienced. Don't go there just to save a little money.

The room had a nice view and the bedroom was clean, though the bathroom was tiny. I think it's called Ornate hotel now. The earlier Ornate hotel was much better, very clean and beautiful, with great food. That place has since become a girls' PG.

The rooms were decent, with clean sheets, towels, good lighting, and some had balconies. It's a pretty, comfortable place for a reasonable price, though it's in an isolated area. The TV and geyser weren't working, which was a problem in winter when hot water is needed. Still, I liked the hotel and would stay here again when I visit.

The room itself was awful, with a broken AC and dirty sheets and pillow covers. I only stayed because it was late at night and I was new to Pune. I'd booked through OYO, used a discount, and paid online. When I arrived, the receptionist said she no longer worked with OYO and wanted extra money. I asked if I could cancel the booking, and she said I could pay the remaining amount instead of what I'd already paid through OYO. When I asked how the hotel would get the balance from OYO, she said they'd speak to an OYO executive. It felt like a complete scam. A very bad experience.
