StayBird - Azure Suites Business Hotel

The rooms were fairly clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful. The downside was having no in-house laundry. It was inconvenient that I couldn’t pay the hotel directly for laundry.

“Full of Liars” When I arrived, there were no suites, just a regular room with a very shady feel. I’d booked a room at Azure, but the day before check-in they told me maintenance work meant my booking was being “upgraded” and moved to another property. I asked to be moved to a proper hotel or given my original booking or a refund. After several arguments, they finally put me in a proper 1 BHK as originally booked. They also said they’d move my luggage while I was at work, but it was still there when I got back in the evening. I had to keep raising my voice before I got my suitcase, and it was delayed by 1.5 hours. Very poor service and unprofessional handling. Don’t trust claims about “upgrades” or “maintenance work.”

The buffet rules weren’t made clear: only 1 omelette per person, and only once. We also had to ask repeatedly for an extra towel and dental kit, and they charged for the kit 😐. Although we booked for 3 hours and wanted to stay until evening, they charged us for a full day.

We had such a good experience, both with the rooms and the food. Mr Piyush Malvia made the hospitality feel so homely. We’d like to come back soon.
