Don't be fooled by the pictures. They were nice to us during booking, but the rooms weren't clean and had cockroaches and bedbugs. We couldn't sleep and had to check out at 12:30am in the middle of the night. It was horrible. They haven't done pesticides in the last 1yr, as far as I can tell. I wish I could give less than one star.
Our room had been confirmed through booking, but when we arrived we were told no rooms were available. We were also told they don't host foreigners, or aren't allowed to, though I'd never heard of that rule. Communication in English was difficult too. We had to find another place at the last moment.
The room price is cute, and the hotel is coumfarebal. Room service is available 24 hours. Couples are allowed, and the performance is great. Super collection o hotel.
The receptionist was very kind, and the place was neat and clean.
