The people were nice, and the location is good. For the price, the rooms are decent, and hot water was available. But I saw cockroaches in the room and under the bed, and the area around the rooms was messy and unclean. Towels and a mat weren’t in the room; they brought them only after we called and went to ask in person. The building looks good from outside, and they could make it feel five-star if they wanted. There’s no lift, so you have to use the stairs. Overall, it was a good experience.

The place is badly maintained, with cockroaches all over the room and unclean washrooms. There were no basic amenities like water or Wi-Fi, and no power backup. It didn’t feel secure, as local people were partying in the hotel with the receptionist until morning. There was no proper response from reception.

I stayed for two days. There’s no service lift, so you have to use the stairs, and nobody came to clean the room or washroom even after I called two or three times. The washroom was dirty too.

My stay was average. There are only 12 rooms, and food has to be ordered from outside. I was also refused an early check-in despite asking multiple times.

Check-in took a long time because some workers were on leave. The rooms, though, are consistently clean and kept in good condition.
