We didn't stay because the rooms were in such poor shape. After looking at about 4-5 rooms, we found dirty washrooms, bad hygiene, broken fittings, and conditions that didn't meet basic standards. We had a small baby with us and expected a clean, hygienic place. The actual condition was nowhere near the high ratings online. Photos attached. Even though we hadn't stayed, the hotel initially wouldn't refund us, and its own system issue meant it couldn't process checkout properly. We were sent from one person to another, which wasted time and made a stressful situation worse. After repeated follow-ups and escalation, Agoda reviewed the case and processed the full refund. I hope Agoda seriously reviews the hotel and its ratings so other travellers don't have to go through this.

We paid, but the room was in such bad condition that we couldn't stay. The receptionist was extremely rude, and the staff showed no basic courtesy or professionalism. The room was dirty, the pillow smelled unpleasant, and the whole place felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. One of my worst hotel experiences.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is tucked away at the end of a street in a safe area. The surroundings weren't bad for a cheap hotel. Still, it's only an average room for the price: there's no food available, and it isn't especially nice or clean like Oyo. The room is small, so it was hard for two of us, and I'd say it's better for one person. The booking started at 700 Rs per night, but makemytrip ultimately charged 1500 Rs, double the displayed price. I wasn't sure why, but I was in a hurry and booked anyway.

The actual room was awful compared with the nice photos online, and it had a really bad smell. Very disappointing.

The lift is available, and the price is somewhat affordable. That's about all I can say in its favor. The bathroom wasn't clean, there was no room service during my two-day stay, and no hot drinking water.
