It’s in a good location, but seems to be dying. In my experience the service was the worst and the rooms were awful. Not worth the money at all.

The room didn’t match the pictures online, and the walls let in a lot of noise. We could hear our neighbor yelling, talking, and watching TV. Still, the staff were polite, responsible, and quick to help, which made the stay comfortable. It’s also close to the airport. Thanks to the staff 😊

The hotel looks appealing from the outside and is close to the airport, but the room was in very poor shape. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the interior condition was unacceptable. We had the chance to stay here, but were disappointed by the state of the rooms.

The location may be ideal, but the rooms are basic and not worth the rate. The first room we were shown, described as deluxe, was dirty and clearly had been used, with a socket coming loose from the wall. In the second room, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, apparently because it had swollen from dampness, so we had to move again. At checkout the next morning, we were told the remaining payment would be refunded by the afternoon. When we returned in the evening, the reception team spoke with an elderly man, Mr.Chaddha, who was sitting on the sofa. He said there was no cash for a refund and that we’d have to wait. When we asked when it would be paid, he raised his voice, spoke aggressively, and went on about not caring for his own family, so why should he care about ours. He pointed his finger at us and continued shouting in the lobby. The service, especially from Mr.Chaddha, was appalling and far below standard.
