I felt misled by the listing name, Treebo Diamond Residency, for FabExpress DDPK Ajay Inn Pune Airport. I booked because it was shown as a Treebo-listed hotel and expected the standards associated with Treebo Hotels, but in my experience the property didn't match them in room size, cleanliness, or service. I'd advise future guests to double-check the actual property details before booking. The room was far smaller than advertised, with barely enough space to move around. Given the cramped room and minimal amenities, the rates felt unreasonably high and not worth it. Staff were slow to respond, basic requests took too long, and breakfast was late, which was especially inconvenient for an airport-area hotel where guests may have early departures. The neighborhood also didn't feel safe or welcoming, especially at night, adding to my discomfort. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality for the price and felt the listing was misleading.

I wouldn't book here again. The area was very dirty, and when I tried calling the hotel, nobody picked up. Once I arrived, the staff's behavior seemed suspicious and I didn't feel it was safe for a family. I contacted MakeMyTrip and Trebbo, but neither seemed to care. Please avoid this place.

The rooms were well kept and clean, which was the one good part. But I was charged 500 extra for early check-in even though Treebo customer care had told me it was available at no extra cost. That amount wasn't shown on the final bill, so I felt I was charged beyond my booking price. Treebo should look into this.

We only stayed for two hours on 4th March 2026 at Pune Treebo Diamond, and even getting there was awful. They said we had to book first and then they'd connect us with the hotel, but they never gave us its number, so we couldn't ask about the access road. The rooms were horrible too. The ads make it look good, but please don't book here 🙏

The staff were kind and humble. My room was a bit dirty at first, but once I told them, they cleaned it and replaced the blankets with fresh ones. It was a nice stay.
